PM Modi, Belgian PM jointly launch Asia's biggest telescope

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Belgian counterpart Charles Michel on Wednesday remotely launched Asia's biggest telescope, the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), built with Belgian assistance.
