Harish Rawat confirms Chinese incursion in Uttarakhand's Chamoli

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat on Wednesday confirmed that Chinese troops have infiltrated in Chamoli district. However, Rawat said that the troops did not touch an important canal in the area.
