TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods and Homesense said they would reopen online operations and some brick-and-mortar stores. According to Business Insider, the stores are limiting the number of orders that can be placed each day. Once the limit is reached, orders are shut down until the following day. Yet customers have gone to social media to complain that orders close down early in the day. The Wall Street Journal reported that FedEx has limited the number of orders some retailers can ship but didn’t mention TJX’s stores.
