Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes P L Punia today demanded that a police case be registered against Union minister Giriraj Singh over his reported remarks that the next Bihar Chief Minister would from OBC or Dalit communities, and not from upper castes. Singh had reportedly said that the next Chief Minister of Bihar, where elections would begin next month, would be an OBC or a Dalit, and not an upper caste member.
