Mobile phones responsible for rapes, claims Azam Khan

Controversial Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan on Friday sparked another controversy when he linked mobile phones to rapes. Making an insensitive statement, the Uttar Pradesh minister said that minors are getting raped because of cell phones.
