Congress on Wednesday complained to President Pranab Mukherjee that Arunachal Pradesh Governor Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa was trying to destabilize the government.The delegation was led by party president Sonia Gandhi which met Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
