Delhi CM Kejriwal seeks PM Modi's help for even-odd plan

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday sought cooperation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to implement the odd-even formula aimed at reducing the number of vehicles on Delhi’s roads.
