This is the heaviest I went on ANYTHING today and it kicked my arse to the curb and back. I would rather Jefferson Lift 600lb: THAT'S how intense these were!! Talk about a lower back/QL stretch WOW!! Again, you're doing everything you would on a Bent Press: trying to get the weighted arm straight as you pull the torso down with the Lat & Obliques of the other side. These are brutal but, you just gotta try them for that stretch!! God Bless!
