Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman Zafarul Islam has made a statement against India and made it clear that he is ready to be a puppet in the hands of the enemies of the country. Zafarul Islam has supported Pakistan's agenda under which ISIS is running a campaign to discredit India in the Middle East's Islamic countries.
