India has strongly opposed Pakistan's propaganda on Kashmir at the General Assembly of 64th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference in Uganda's capital Kampala. BJP MP Roopa Ganguly, who also is a part of a delegation led by Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla slammed Pakistan over its propaganda and exposed how it was under military rule for more than 30 years.
