tada drashtuh svarupe avasthanam
If we bifurcate the sutra.
tada means then, at that time; or at the time of concentration and at the time of meditation
drashtuh means the seer's, of the soul, to witness, Atman, Self; from the root drsh, which means to see
the word svarupe = (sva means own; rupa means form) svarupe means in its own nature, own form or essence;
avasthanam means stability, settling, remaining, being in a state, resting, standing, lying, abiding; the root stha means to stand
As soon as the waves have stopped, and the lake has become quiet, we see the ground below the lake. So, with the mind; when it is calm, we see what our own nature is; we do not mix ourselves but remain our own selves.
tada drashtuh svarupe avasthanam
To summarize the second sutra

Then the Seer abides in Itself, resting in its own True Nature, which is called Self-realization.
