Speaking to News Nation, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that the passage of Triple Talaq Bill is a red-letter day in the history of Indian democracy. He added that Congress' stand is not viable and is brainless. Congress is headless as it lacks both leadership and policy.
