In a horrific incident, a teenage girl was tied to tree with a rope and flogged by villagers, including her own family on the orders of the village Panchayat. The girl was assaulted mercilessly in public for running away with a boy from another caste. The incident happened in Rajauli village in Bihar’s Nawada district.
