A mum in Bedfordshire, UK cures her daughter's boredom by creating an indoor cycling route.
The clip filmed on March 3 shows Harley sitting on her bike with her stabilisers in a pair of trainers cycling along with the TV.
"Parent hack for energetic kids, isolation exercise! Just Put the stabilisers in your shoes and a bike ride on the TV," Leoni, Harley's mother, told Newsflare.
