British Minister for the Cabinet Office Michael Gove announces that the government will try out new testing procedures on the Isle of Wight in an attempt to further slow the spread of the coronavirus outbreak in the country. Gove announced that 28,446 people have died from COVID-19 in the country, an increase of 315 since yesterday.
