End of lockdown - how are countries adjusting?

In the United States, Georgia is taking its chances and has allowed non-essential businesses to reopen, one of the first states in the country to do so. In Norway schools are open and adapting to the new reality and in New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has claimed the country has won a significant victory against the spread of the coronavirus while beginning a phased exit from lockdown. In Europe, countries are taking the first tentative steps towards a new normal.
