A heartwarming video of a drive-by police surprise parade for a four-year-old's birthday.
The clip, filmed on April 28, shows the Ottawa Police Service driving by Billy's house giving him the best surprise for his birthday during the COVID-19 lockdown.
"Our sweet little neighbour turned four yesterday. His dad is a police officer who is on the front line every day. To make the birthday extra special, the local police did a drive-by. Anyone who needs a smile today, look at Billy's little face," filmer Stephanie posted on social media.
