Father facing reckless endangerment charge after 4-year-old shot in Phoenix

According to Phoenix police, 21-year-old Jose Solis was showing a gun to his 15-year-old brother and eventually handed it to him. The 15-year-old was handling it when it went off, striking the boy, according to police.
