Guy in Quarantine Doesn't get any Response While Trying to Talk to Sleepy Dog

This guy was sitting with his dog under the sunlight during the quarantine. He was trying to talk to his dog but didn't get any response as the dog was falling asleep. He whispered and then screamed at his dog, who kept ignoring him the entire time.
