정총리 "5월초, 등교개학 시기와 방법 알리도록 준비"
Let's start with plans to get kids in South Korea back to school.
The South Korean government is aiming to reveal its plans by early May on how to it will bring students back into the classroom as the country has largely flattened the curve on the COVID-19 outbreak.
In a briefing Monday, Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun said the government is seeking ways to resume regular classes while observing social distancing.
He added the measures will involve allowing 3rd year students at middle and high schools who have admission exams later this year go to school first, then gradually expanding this to other students in other grades.
Authorities are looking into how they can control hygiene within the school environment such as maintaining physical distancing among students.
