Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Plenary Session of 5th Eastern Economic Forum on Thursday. He said India will extend line of credit worth USD 1 billion (more than Rs 700 crore) for the development of Russia's Far East Region. "India and Russia’s Far East have enjoyed close ties for ages.
