A group of 101 former civil servants has written to CMs and Lieutenant-Governors of all States and Union Territories. The letter expresses anguish over reports of harassment on Muslims in some parts of the country. According to them, the harassment started particularly after the meeting of the Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi’s Nizamuddin in March.
