According to CNN, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, singer/actress Demi Lovato is doing her part to help.
People reports that Lovato has plans to launch The Mental Health Fund.
The fund will help support four organizations that provide text-based crisis counseling to those who need it.
The 27-year-old has spoke openly about being bipolar and her mental health challenges and has been using social media to sound the alarm for other during the pandemic.
On Instagram she posted a graphic which included, "The mental health impacts of COVID-19 will outlast the virus."
Lovato explained that The Mental Health Fund is there to help.
She added, "You're afraid that these thoughts you're having are too dark, and you need guidance. That's where this comes in. It can provide help to people who are struggling."
