Bihar: Villagers thrash minor in public, video goes viral

A video of a minor getting bashed in public in Bihar's Vaishali has gone viral. The minor was allegedly involved in a small theft. To teach him a lesson, the villagers strangled him to a tree and thrashed him severely.
