After Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the Rajya Sabha in his reply to a debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President's address. Speaking in the Rajya Sabha, he said, “Some members have made stagnation a virtue.” He also recited the poetry of Kaka Hathrasi slamming the opposition.
