No Leniency For Rapists, Says Ghulam Nabi Azad In Rajya Sabha

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad believes that criminals involved in heinous crimes, like gang-rape in Hyderabad, should not be offered any leniency because of religion or any other factor.
