I Will File Curative Plea, Says Nirbhaya Case Convict's Lawyer

While talking to the media, convict Akshay Kumar Singh's lawyer AP Singh said that he sought three weeks' time to file a mercy petition before the President of India. He further added that the curative plea will be filed.
