Hizbul Mujahideen chief Sayeed Salahudeen has released a propaganda video on Kashmir and sought to incite locals to take up arms against their own country. The video of Hizbul chief, who is among the world's most wanted terrorists, has once again exposed Pakistan's stand on terrorism.
