Cloudburst kills 12 in Uttarkashi, massive rescue operations launched

Deadly cloudburst in Uttarkashi killed over 12 people on Monday. Personnel of SDRF launched massive operation to rescue people stranded in the affected area.  13 villages in Uttarkashi were washed away by the flash flood. Watch the full report.
