Flood threat rises in Punjab, Chandigarh faces waterlogging

Severe monsoon has wreaked havoc in almost every part of India. In Chandigarh, floodwater has caused waterlogging and the situation is more or less the same in Punjab. The city of Chandigarh faces waterlogging and normal has totally been disrupted.
