Every year, July 26 is observed as Kargil Vijay Diwas to commemorate the success of the Indian Army against infiltrating Pakistani troops. President Ram Nath Kovind had to visit Jammu & Kashmir’s Drass on this occasion. His visit has been canceled in the wake of bad weather.
