Viral Video: Car owner ties driver, beats him with belt in Nagpur

In a viral video which is reported to be of Nagpur, youth can be seen getting thrashed brutally by a car owner. The victim, driver, pleads and requests to stop but the car owner continues. The cause has still not been ascertained.
