Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam said that the Prime Minister is a modern-day avatar of Aurangzeb in Varanasi. "What Aurangzeb failed to do in Varanasi, PM Modi has done. The PM allowed demolishing the hundreds of temples here. He also allowed a charge of Rs 550 for worshiping at Vishwanath temple," he said
