Rahul Gandhi promises minimum income guarantee scheme
While addressing a press conference, Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that if his party comes to power, it will bring a minimum income guarantee scheme.
India's poorest families will get Rs 72,000 per year, Gandhi said as he announced the ambitious minimum income promise for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
