Congress MP Jyotiraditya Scindia performed 'pooja' at his office soon after taking over as the AICC General Secretary for Uttar Pradesh (West). Scindia, considered close to Rahul Gandhi, had played a significant role in driving the party to victory in the recently held Madhya Pradesh elections.
