PM Narendra Modi addressed New India Youth Conclave 2019 in Surat, Gujarat where took dig at the UPA government's 10 years of tenure from 2004-2014. He also said, ''the youngster is the future of the country and among these youngsters, filled with enthusiasm and exaltation today, I am also getting a new fervor''.
