The big cat which entered Gujarat Secretariat in Gandhinagar on early hours of Monday was safely captured by forest officials after nearly 13 hours operation. Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government and the Centre has tussle over the killing of tigress Avni in Yavatmal district on October 2.
