Addressing a rally in Haryana's Sirsa, PM Narendra Modi said, "Delhi's sleeping govt, kept making the situation in Kashmir worse. A part of us was snatched away and PoK was formed." He added that the people of Jammu and Kashmir remained deprived of the Ambedkar's constitution.
