Several pachinko parlours in Tokyo remain open despite the city declaring a state of emergency to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Filmed on April 15, the footage shows locals still playing pachinko, a Japanese form of pinball, in a few of the parlours that remain open during the pandemic.
The government ordered pachinko parlours among other businesses to remain shut as part of emergency measures.
A few izakayas, a small Japanese bar, were also still open, however, the government has ordered them to open later and close earlier.
