Been getting questions on the difference between these two lifts sooooo I decided to show you.
Side Press: lifting arm free of torso, heels no more than 12" apart, legs remain straight, free arm/hand cannot help at all.
Bent Press: support lifting arm on the torso, any foot stance allowed, bending legs allowed, use free arm/hand for support.
Yes, there are One Hand Overhead Lifts to be done with a Trap Bar....
