The Health Ministry is urging the Higher Education Ministry to freeze initiatives to enable students in higher learning institutes to return home.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that on Saturday, adding that his ministry needed to observe the emerging data for another week or two.
