Notice l pick up with straight legs and a rounded lower back BUT, the reps are Flat Back putting all the Concentric/Negative work in the Hamstrings. I lower the same way it came up, legs straight letting the lower back round as l lower to the floor. I wish you could feel how good these felt!! Hopefully, you can see l am using the Alternate Grip which l change hand direction each set. Alternate Grip pulls seem to allow me to lock in my upper back better. If you really want to make these Interesting, put a 25lb plate under the FRONT of each foot for a great stretch in the lower Hamstrings and Calves.
