2020-03-30 17

Most Americans are touching their loved ones just as much as they did before the coronavirus outbreak.
In a survey conducted by Business Insider, 40% of respondents said they decreased the amount they touch their family.
42% said they have kept their levels of physical touch the same.
10% said they have ramped up their levels of physical touch.
Health experts recommend staying 6 feet away from others, particularly older people, who are at higher risk of infection.
While human touch can help quell feelings of anxiety, experts recommend distancing even within families when possible.
