Karnataka HC refuses to pass order on Digvijaya Singh's plea to meet MLAs

The Karnataka High Court has refused to pass any order on an appeal filed by Madhya Pradesh Congress leader Digvijaya Singh, who had sought the court’s intervention in meeting the 16 MLAs holed up in Bengaluru.
