Oversea travellers waiting to be quarantined amid the COVID-19 pandemic were stranded at Beijing International Airport on March 16.
In the video, dozens of travellers piled up on escalator and first floor at Zone D, Terminal 3.
A woman was heard saying: "There are too many people stranded upstairs. We were planning to let ten or twenty people go through each time, but everyone is rushing down.
"They are queuing to board the shuttle bus but it is not coming immediately, so people are stranded in the hall."
According to reports, all oversea flights have been separated with other flights to stop at Zone D Terminal 3 only.
From March 16, all people arrive in Beijing from overseas have to be quarantined for 14 days to avoid the imported coronavirus cases.
