Milan's parks are empty after the city's mayor ordered their closure to prevent gatherings as part of the efforts to stem the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. Joggers and dog-walkers are still present in the areas outside the parks. Local residents are divided as to whether the measure is useful or senseless.
