A craftsman in Vietnam was filmed carving up a sunflower from the flesh of watermelon in this interesting timelapse video.
The craftsman, named Dong, comes from Ho Chi Minh City and is a professional fruit sculptor working for a restaurant there.
In addition to sunflowers, Dong is able to sculpt roses and other flowers out of watermelons, using just a single chisel.
This sunflower, carved on December 30, 2019, took 20 minutes to complete.
