Brexit is no obstacle for people living at a sprawling migrant camp in Grande Synthe near Dunkirk, with migrants as determined as ever to reach the United Kingdom, "whatever the cost". The NGO Doctors of the World, which runs a medical unit in the camp, is worried about rumours spreading that it would now be "easier in England".
