A police chief was allegedly caught sleeping with women he arrested - after converting the back of his office into a love nest.
Police Chief Major Ildefonso Miranda extended his room then added two large beds at the Argao district station in Cebu, the Philippines.
Colleagues became suspicious after he allegedly took women who had been detained in custody back to his office, where they would spend the night.
Senior cops from the Philippine National Police raided the station last Friday (March 6) where they allegedly found the sleazy cop sleeping with one suspect while a second was in a different bed.
Footage shows how police burst into the office and hauled Miranda onto a sofa while a young woman slept on the bed and a second was on another bed.
"The two female inmates are supposed to be locked up at the police jail, not sleeping in the room of the police station commander,' said Police Colonel Ronald Lee, who carried out the raid.
Officers identified the two women as Jean Claudia De Guzman, 23 and Brenda Cutillar, 40, who both been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.
Miranda said he was in love with Jean and they had been out on dates before. Pictures show he had even let her dress in his police uniform at the station where they allegedly romped in his back room.
Police Regional Office Director, Brigadier General Albert Ignatius Ferro, ordered all of the station staff to be investigated except for two officers, who acted as the whistleblowers on Miranda’s alleged actions.
The Brigadier General said: ''He was seriously taking advantage of the arrested persons. They should be accorded with due respect.
''Under my watch, there is transparency and accountability. Every member of the Philippine National Police must be respectful to the rule of law.''
The Philippine National Police - Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement (PNP-IMEG) has recommended the dismissal of Miranda while cases are being filed against him for the violations of Republic Act 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, and Direct Bribery and violation of Article 156 of the Revised Penal Code which refers to the "Delivery of Prisoners from Jail."
Authorities have also confiscated Miranda'spolice-issue Glock 17 caliber 9MM semi-automatic pistol and his Piertro Beretta pistol with two loaded magazines.
