A smuggler was caught trying to sneak 250 Tetra-Pak cartons of liquor into Gujarat, western India.
According to local media, police spotted a drunk man driving a scooter erratically in Bharuch, Gujarat on March 4.
They soon identified him as a known bootlegger, Anu Diwan, and began searching his scooter, where they found a custom-made compartment under the footboard of the vehicle. They seized 250 Tetra-Pak cartons of liquor and arrested Diwan.
Alcohol is prohibited in the state of Gujarat.
